Hi everyone,

I'm Dr Castlereagh, a Chiropractic Doctor and a Sports Trainer. I am passionate about teaching people how to prevent back pain so that they can live a happy and healthy life. By educating and inspiring people to take care of their spine, I help them to become pain free.

My passion for health and sport began when I was a teenager and I realised that I loved to run and jump, so I took up athletics and basketball. A painful back injury at the age of 13 resulted in several months of treatment and from then on, I developed an interest in chiropractic and back care. My pain eventually resolved and I continued to train as an athlete.

After school, I went on to study Science at university and then Chiropractics. During that time, I trained extensively for Heptathlon and suffered another back injury; a lumbar stress fracture. I had several months of treatment and rehabilitation and thankfully, I made a full recovery. I began competing in long-jump after the injury subsided and competed in State competitions and at a National level, in the Commonwealth Games.

I currently work in a medical practice and on the field, treating people with back and sports injuries. My experience as both an athlete and a Chiropractor has enabled me to treat back injuries with a unique approach that aims to get the injured back to training as soon as possible.

For the past 15 years I have been helping back pain sufferers to have less pain and become fit and active again. This experience led to the development of my successful and comprehensive back care program Bliss Body. The eCourse covers the areas of Pilates, Posture and Prevention as these are key in avoiding back pain and staying active as you age.
