Terms of Service
Last updated 26 October 2026.
These are the terms you agree to when you use Blisspot. They are written to be understood rather than to be impressive. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it.
Who we are
Blisspot is run by Blisspot Pty Ltd, ABN 65 623 616 697, in New South Wales, Australia. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, that is who they mean.
What Blisspot is not
Blisspot is not medical care, psychological treatment, or a crisis service. Nothing here diagnoses anything or replaces advice from a doctor or a registered psychologist. The Wellbeing Index is a reflection tool, not a clinical assessment, and a score is not a diagnosis. Our programs are general wellbeing education and are not tailored to your circumstances.
If you are in crisis, please contact someone who can help right now. In Australia: Lifeline 13 11 14, Beyond Blue 1300 22 4636, or 000 in an emergency.
What Blisspot is
Eight 28-day programs of short daily practices, a Wellbeing Index you can take as often as you like, a library of courses and recordings from more than eighty practitioners, and private space to write — a gratitude journal, a vision board and a bucket list.
Your account
- You need to be 18 or over to hold an account.
- Give us an email address you actually use — it is how you get back in, and how we send you anything that matters.
- Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you, so tell us promptly if you think somebody else has access.
- One account per person. Accounts are not shared or transferred.
- Your Blisspot account also signs you in to our courses and our blog, which are part of the same membership.
Paying
Membership starts with 7 days free. You are not charged during those seven days, and if you cancel before they end you are charged nothing at all.
After the free week, membership is $47 per month in Australian dollars, charged monthly until you cancel. Prices include GST where it applies. We will tell you before any price change, and you can cancel rather than accept it.
Payments are taken by Thinkific, who run our course platform and our checkout. Your card details go to them and their payment provider, not to us — we never see or hold your card number.
Cancelling and refunds
- Cancel whenever you like, from the account page in our course area. If you cannot find it, email us and we will cancel it for you.
- You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is charged after that.
- We do not refund part-months.
- If something has gone wrong — you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice — write to us and we will put it right.
None of this affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights cannot be excluded. If our service is not delivered with due care and skill, or is not fit for the purpose we described, you may be entitled to a refund or to have the problem fixed, whatever this page says.
What you write stays yours
Your journal entries, vision boards, bucket list and Index answers belong to you. We do not claim ownership of them, we do not publish them, and we do not use them to train anything. We store them so we can show them back to you, and that is all. The privacy page sets out exactly who can see what.
You are responsible for what you upload. Do not put anything on Blisspot that you do not have the right to use — a photograph somebody else took, for instance.
What belongs to us
The programs, the written content, the audio and video, the Wellbeing Index and how it is presented, the Pandananda illustrations and the Blisspot name are ours or licensed to us. They are for your own personal use. Please do not copy them, republish them, share your access, or use them to build something else.
The photographs are licensed from Shutterstock for use in Blisspot. That licence covers us, not you — a picture you place on your own vision board stays within Blisspot.
Fair use
Please do not:
- Share your login, or let somebody else use your membership.
- Try to reach anybody else’s account or information.
- Use automated tools to sign up, scrape, or overload the service.
- Upload anything unlawful, abusive, or that you do not have the right to use.
- Record, download or redistribute our courses and recordings.
We may suspend or close an account that does these things. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to explain.
If your employer pays
Your membership may end when your employer’s subscription does, or when you leave that employer. What you have written stays private from them throughout — they see group averages only, and never for a group smaller than ten people. The privacy page explains exactly how that works.
Leaving
You can close your account whenever you like, and we delete what you have written. Email [email protected] and we will do it, normally within seven days.
When things break
We work to keep Blisspot available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will never be down, never lose anything, or never be wrong. Parts of it depend on other companies — our course platform, our hosting, our notification service — and their outages become ours.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including under the Australian Consumer Law, and including anything caused by our own fraud or by death or personal injury we are responsible for.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect rather than relying on you to notice, and continuing to use Blisspot after that is how you accept it. If you would rather not, you can cancel.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
