I love Warren's approach. It's thorough and easy to understand. The combination of slides and him on video helps me follow along easily. I've learned to better understand and recognize my own anxious thoughts, and it has helped me to put an end to my panic attacks because I see it happening before it fully erupts. Although I've done some other courses about anxiety, this is my absolute favourite. His guided meditation is awesome! I highly recommend this course. ~ Karen
