Overview

Meditations for My Loved Ones is a collection that includes meditations and journaling exercises on the theme of relationships and our connections, to support you in more easily connecting with yourself, and to manage stress, increase resiliency and promote a better sense of well-being and quality of life. I hope that you will find these meditations both useful, and enjoyable.

You may wish to say the meditations in order or to pick and choose which one you need at any given time. You can listen to the audio or read the meditation and say the words to yourself in your heart as you focus on your breathing. The PDF versions of the meditations also have optional journal exercises accompanying them which you may choose to do after the meditation. 

These meditations are to support you in your relationships and inter-connectedness and to use mindfulness in your everyday life.
