Overview
Welcome to Meditations for New Beginnings. You will find a 10 track meditation album accompanied by journaling exercises on the theme of New Beginnings.
These meditations are to support you to use mindfulness as you start a new chapter in your journey and also in your everyday life.
You may choose to listen to the audio of the guided meditations in order, one at a time or to pick and choose which one you need at any given time.
Each meditation from the audio album is transcribed in the resource guide so that you may read it and say the words to yourself in your heart as you focus on your breathing.
The meditations also have optional journal exercises accompanying them which you may choose to do after the meditation.
In doing so, you will be able to more easily connect with yourself, manage stress, increase resilience and promote a better sense of well-being and quality of life.
