Compassion, 15 minute guided meditation, is designed to help cultivate the qualities of a compassionate person. It will also help you gain a sense of compassion for others and yourself. This meditation is extremely calming and will help to reduce anxiety and stress.

Self-Compassion and Loving Kindness

Self-Compassion and Loving Kindness, 10 minute meditation, will guide you through a visualization exercise designed to help you develop care and feel compassion for others and yourself. These meditations help reduce stress, anxiety, fatigue, sleeplessness, and other physical discomfort.
